Your safety and freedom while flying is our daily mission. At the DHV the concerns of all paragliders and hang gliders take centre stage. The DHV e.V., the world's largest professional association for paragliders and hang gliders, offers a comprehensive service, from insurance to a wealth of information and services for pilots.

The German Hanggliding Association trains hanggliding and paragliding instructors, licenses aviation schools, examines pilots and tests hanggliders, paragliders, harness gear, rescue equipment and winches. All of this is commissioned by the Germany Ministry of Transport and contributes considerably to flight safety.
