During an annual inspection on a Mono M, it was found that the length of two lines are stated wrong in the type certification sheet.
Because the manufacturer is out of business since 2001, the DHV has decided on the following precautionary safety measure.
1. The type certification sheet, issue 0 from the 10.06.98 is not valid anymore.
2. From now on the type certification sheet, issue 1 from the 24.04.2003 is valid.
3. All Mono M have to be checked according to this new type certification sheet.
The airworthiness instruction comes into effect with the publishing of the NFGH (Paraglider and Hanglider news). The airworthiness instruction must be carried out before the next flight.
