On some models cracks occured on the nose fitting (see picture 1 and 2). The cracks are usually located at the screw fitting where the bolt is screwed in.

Every glider has to be checked prior for these kind of damages prior the next flight. This area has to be inspected also after each landing crash where the leading edge touched the ground. Should there be a damage of this kind, the nose fitting has to be changed prior the next flight.
